The PraiseFast Program is
currently on hold.
I had planned to release the program in early 2009,
but now believe I am to wait (not one of my most favorite things to do!).
I apologize, but believe I am to wait until I have a clear "go-ahead" on this.
When the Lord first gave me the inspiration for PraiseMoves on February 25, 2001 at 10:35 a.m. (yes, I remember it exactly!),
I was to wait, fast and pray for almost 2 years before releasing it publicly. I began giving PraiseMoves classes in January 2003.
This may be a similar circumstance -- or PraiseFast may be on hold indefinitely. All I can do is wait on the Lord.

Note from Laurette: I followed the PraiseFast program and in 4 ½ weeks released 14 lbs. of unwanted fat – and I was already close to my goal weight.
